Seat map
- Assign, create or remove an event’s seat map In the Add tickets step the Seat map section lets you create the map of the event, reopen it with Edit map or detach it with Remove assignment. Every map belongs to its own event: there is no catalogue of reusable maps. What the map card shows, how capacity changes and all the messages, including the block when reservations exist.
- Use the seat map editor: stage, sectors, tables and areas The Edit seating map editor lets you draw the stage, the numbered sectors, the reserved tables and the general admission areas. Where the controls are (creation buttons in the bottom bar, element cards in the sidebar, zoom on the map), the properties of every element, the initial tour, automatic saving and the messages.
- Assign access titles to the map elements Every sector, table or area has to be linked to one or more access titles: from the card of the element in the sidebar of the editor (Assign rate select, chips in Assigned rates) or from the access title with the Map element field. How each type of element sells, the alignment notice between quantity and capacity and the errors at publication.
- Seat order codes and capacity calculated from the map Every sector, table or area has a Seat order chosen from a select of 16 SIAE typologies (Platea PT, Galleria H, Tribuna T, Posto unico UN and the others): the 2-character code is composed automatically from the prefix of the typology plus a variant and has to be unique within the map. With a structured map the capacity of the event comes from the seats you draw and locks the SIAE capacity too.
