- Where to find your reservations and tickets All your tickets are in your account: the My account dashboard, the View reservations page on the website and the Reservations tab in the app. How the lists are split, what each card shows, the status badges and what to do if a reservation does not appear.
- Reading a reservation’s detail page and its statuses The Reservation detail contains tickets and QR codes, the resale and name change actions, the history, the order data and the cost summary. Section by section in the real order of the page, with the meaning of each status and the buttons at the bottom of the page.
- Download your tickets as PDF The PDF contains all the tickets of the reservation with QR codes and fiscal data. When it is available, how to download it from the website and the app, what it contains page by page and what to do if the button does not appear.
- Add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet Save your tickets to your phone’s wallet to have them on the lock screen. Where to find the buttons on the website and in the apps, what happens with several tickets, how the passes are updated and the possible messages.
- Show your QR at the entrance Every access title has a QR in the Accreditation details section. How to open it from the app, the website, the wallet or the PDF, what the staff checks with the Nightify Business app, the messages they may see and the cases in which the QR is rejected.
- Download the service fee receipt The receipt documents the service fees paid to Nightify for the order. Where it is, the three conditions for getting it, what it contains line by line and what to do if the link does not appear.
- Reservation history The Reservation history on the website lists, in chronological order, creation, payment, completed refunds, resales and name changes. How to read it, all the entries and notes you may find, what it does not show and who can order refunds and cancellations.
- Authentic tickets: recognize a valid Nightify ticket and avoid scams A valid Nightify ticket exists only as a reservation in your account, with a unique QR that only works once at the entrance. What are the official channels, why screenshots and private sales give no guarantees, how safe resale via a waiting list works, what scanners respond to and how to report an unauthorized sale.
- List a ticket you can’t use for resale For events with fiscal ticketing and resale enabled, put the ticket back into the official circuit with List for resale. Conditions, procedure on the website and in the app, what changes while it is on sale (the QR does not get in), what happens when it is bought and the messages.
- Cancel the resale of a ticket As long as the listed ticket has not been bought you can remove it from resale with Cancel resale and use it again. Procedure on the website and in the app, confirmations, effects on the QR and what happens if the operation is left to be reviewed.
- Change the ticket holder (name change) For events with fiscal ticketing and resale enabled you can transfer a ticket to another person before the event starts. Conditions, required details with field limits, procedure on the website and in the app, what gets regenerated and all the messages.
- What happens if an event is cancelled You receive the Event cancelled e-mail, the event page shows CANCELLED and the QR codes are disabled. Who cancels, what the General Terms provide for the refund, who carries it out, what you see in the history and how to report a missing credit.
- What happens if an event is postponed or changed Nightify has no automatic procedure for postponements: the organizer updates the event page and informs you; the tickets remain valid for the new date. What the General Terms provide, what to check in your account and how to request a refund if you cannot attend.
- Cancelled reservation: why, and how to check availability A reservation shows as Canceled when the organizer or Nightify cancel it; an expired timer produces Payment not completed instead. How to tell the cases apart, what happens to QR codes and refunds and how to book again with Check ticket availability.
