- Search for an event Search finds events, venues, cities, organizations and artists with a single word. How to use the search bar and the suggestions, the Explore events page with the city filter and the categories, the chips of the app’s Search tab and the messages you may see.
- Browse events by city The home page of the website and of the app suggests the events of the chosen city, by category and by day. How to set the city, use the device’s location, change it later and what the location messages mean.
- Past events and event photos The Explore finished events and Explore event photos pages collect the history and the photo galleries. How to browse them on the website, how to open and download the photos from the app and the messages you may see.
- Open a password-protected event Private with password events show the This event is protected page: how to enter the password, how many attempts you have, how long the unlock lasts and what to do if the booking link does not open.
- Share an event The Share button of the event page sends the link on Facebook, WhatsApp, X and Instagram or copies it to the clipboard; in the app use the phone’s share sheet. Steps, confirmations and what the link contains.
- Report an event Use Report event for questions and feedback, non-compliant content, spam, unauthorized ticket sales, dangerous content or copyright violations. When to use it, the form field by field, the reasons, the messages and what happens next.
- Understanding event statuses: SOLD OUT, Event Ended, CANCELLED The main button of the event page and the badges of the individual ticket types tell you what you can do: book, wait for sales to open, join the waiting list or nothing. Every label explained with the recommended action.
- Good to know: age limits, companion, entry times and parking On the event page, the Good to know box (To know in the app) summarizes the age limits, any mandatory presence of a parent or guardian, when the entrances are open and the parking situation. What each entry means, where to find it on the site and in the app, how it is checked at the entrance and who to ask when information is missing.
- Accessibility and people with disabilities: how to find out and book Nightify does not apply automatic reductions nor does it have a dedicated booking flow: the conditions for people with disabilities and companions are decided by each organizer. Where to look for information on the event page, how to ask with Contact organizer before paying, how reserved titles unlockable with a code work and how to plan your arrival at the location.
- How to buy a ticket The complete purchase path on the website and in the app: the steps of the Booking steps bar, the choice of ticket types, seats, codes, attendees’ details, payment within 15 minutes and the confirmation. Every screen with its real labels, reservation statuses and messages.
- Choose the ticket type and quantity How to read the Choose the ticket type screen, set the quantities, interpret the summary, the limits per reservation and per account and every message you may come across, on the website and in the app.
- Choose your seat on the map For events with numbered seats, tables or areas you can let Nightify choose the best seat or select it on the seating chart. When it is available, the two modes, the controls of the seating chart, the areas window and the messages.
- Unlock limited-access tickets with a code Some ticket types are reserved for those who have an access code provided by the organizer. Where to enter it on the website and in the app, the format of the code, the attempt limit, how long the unlock lasts and all the messages.
- Enter the attendees’ details (Who’s attending?) For named tickets you have to enter the details of each attendee before payment: which fields are always required, how to fill in the cards, the Same as buyer checkbox, the error messages and how to resume an incomplete reservation.
- Use a promo code or a voucher From the reservation summary enter a discount code or choose a voucher saved in your profile. Where to find them, how to apply them on the website and in the app, what changes in the summary and what to do if the code does not work.
- Buy without an account (guest checkout) Some events allow you to book by entering only the buyer’s details in the My Details step. When it is available, which fields appear, where the tickets arrive and which features remain reserved for accounts.
- Complete the payment The Payment page: the methods you may find, saved cards, the card fields, the 15-minute countdown, the bank verification, what you see at the confirmation and all the error messages, on the website and in the app.
- Pending reservation or time expired: how to complete it If you have not finished the payment, the reservation stays In Progress or Pending Payment. What the statuses mean, where to find the Complete payment and Complete attendees buttons, what happens when the 15 minutes expire and how to start again with Check ticket availability.
- Order confirmation and confirmation e-mail Once the payment is made, the reservation moves to Confirmed and you receive the Registrazione evento e-mail with the code and the summary. What to check in the details, what the e-mail contains, how the e-mails are sent and what to do if it does not arrive.
