Finding events
- Search for an event Search finds events, venues, cities, organizations and artists with a single word. How to use the search bar and the suggestions, the Explore events page with the city filter and the categories, the chips of the app’s Search tab and the messages you may see.
- Browse events by city The home page of the website and of the app suggests the events of the chosen city, by category and by day. How to set the city, use the device’s location, change it later and what the location messages mean.
- Past events and event photos The Explore finished events and Explore event photos pages collect the history and the photo galleries. How to browse them on the website, how to open and download the photos from the app and the messages you may see.
- Open a password-protected event Private with password events show the This event is protected page: how to enter the password, how many attempts you have, how long the unlock lasts and what to do if the booking link does not open.
- Share an event The Share button of the event page sends the link on Facebook, WhatsApp, X and Instagram or copies it to the clipboard; in the app use the phone’s share sheet. Steps, confirmations and what the link contains.
- Report an event Use Report event for questions and feedback, non-compliant content, spam, unauthorized ticket sales, dangerous content or copyright violations. When to use it, the form field by field, the reasons, the messages and what happens next.
- Understanding event statuses: SOLD OUT, Event Ended, CANCELLED The main button of the event page and the badges of the individual ticket types tell you what you can do: book, wait for sales to open, join the waiting list or nothing. Every label explained with the recommended action.
- Good to know: age limits, companion, entry times and parking On the event page, the Good to know box (To know in the app) summarizes the age limits, any mandatory presence of a parent or guardian, when the entrances are open and the parking situation. - Accessibility and people with disabilities: how to find out and book Nightify does not apply automatic reductions nor does it have a dedicated booking flow: the conditions for people with disabilities and companions are decided by each organizer.
