When the organizer turns on the Allow purchases without login option, you can buy tickets without creating an account: the buyer’s details are requested only once in the My Details step and the tickets arrive at the e-mail address you gave.
At a glance
- When: only for events where the organizer has turned it on (by default it is off).
- Field always present: Email (placeholder Email*); the other fields are those chosen by the organizer in the Buyer details (without an account) section of their event.
- What you lose: waiting list, codes and vouchers, resale and name change, messages with the organizer and the View reservations section.
Step by step
- Choose the tickets on the Choose the ticket type screen and press the button to go forward.
- Fill in My Details. Enter the Email (this is where you will receive the confirmation and the tickets: check that it is spelled correctly; at most 45 characters) and the fields requested by the organizer, with the privacy and marketing checkboxes if provided. The box on the side is called Payment summary.
- Continue. If the tickets are named, Who's attending? appears; otherwise you go to Payment.
- Pay and keep the e-mail. After payment you receive the e-mail Registrazione evento: nome dell’evento (event registration: name of the event) with the code of the reservation.

Special cases
- You can’t find the confirmation e-mail: check spam and promotions; if you got the address wrong, write to support from the Contacts page stating the event, your name and the date of the purchase.
- You already have an account: it is better to sign in, so you find the tickets in your account and can use vouchers, waiting list and resale.
Rules and limits
- The rules on refunds, ticket limits and payment times are the same as for purchases with an account.
- There is no automatic procedure to link a guest reservation to an account later.
