Buying on Nightify always follows the same steps, shown in the Booking steps bar: Choose the ticket type, then if needed My Details (only when buying without an account) and Who's attending? (only for named tickets), finally Payment. The reservation is created when you confirm the choice of tickets: from that moment you have 15 minutes to pay.
At a glance
- Where to start: from the main button of the event page (for example Book, Buy tickets or the label chosen by the organizer); in the app from a ticket type in the Tickets section of the event details.
- What you need: a Nightify account (except for events that allow buying without an account) and a payment method among those active for the event.
- Time: 15 minutes from the creation of the reservation; the countdown Tempo residuo: MM:SS Min. (time left: MM:SS min.) appears on the Who's attending? and Payment screens.
- What you get: the reservation in the Confirmed status with the tickets in your account and the e-mail Registrazione evento: nome dell’evento (event registration: name of the event).
Before you start
- Sign in to your account (or create one): if the event does not allow buying without an account, the website asks you to sign in before continuing.
- If your mobile number has not been verified yet, the OTP verification appears before the reserved pages: keep your phone at hand.
- Have your card or payment method ready: the time to pay is limited.
Step by step on the website
- Start the booking. On the event page press the main button under the title. What you see: the Choose the ticket type screen with the Booking steps bar at the top.
- Choose the ticket types. Each ticket shows name, description, price and status; set the quantities with + and −. The Reservation summary on the right lists the items, the Pre-sale rights and the Service fees (only if greater than zero) and the TOTAL; until you add something, Your reservation is empty. appears.
- Choose the seats, if provided. For events with a seat map choose between Best place (automatic assignment) and Map selection (selection on the seating chart).
- Use your codes, if you have any. The Limited-access tickets block with Enter access code unlocks the reserved ticket types; Do you have a code? in the summary applies a promo code or a voucher from your profile.
- Confirm the choice. Press the button at the bottom of the summary: it shows the action of the event or, for events with fiscal ticketing, the number of tickets (Buy 2 tickets). Result: the reservation is created and the 15-minute window starts; under the button the notice Automatic security verification is active for this booking. may appear.
- My Details (only when buying without an account). Enter the Email and the details requested by the organizer.
- Who's attending? (only for named tickets). Fill in a card for each ticket or tick Same as buyer, confirm each card with Confirm attendee and continue with the button at the bottom (same label as in step 5).
- Payment. On the Payment page choose the method, enter the details and press Proceed with purchase; complete the bank verification, if any.
- Confirmation. What you see: the Reservation detail with the Confirmed status, the Reservation code and the tickets; the confirmation e-mail is queued and arrives within a few minutes.
Step by step in the app
- In the event details tap a ticket type in Tickets (if you are not signed in, you are asked to do so first).
- In Choose type set the quantities; with a seat map choose Best place or Map selection; if you have an access code, use it in the Limited-access tickets section. The expandable summary at the bottom is called Reservation summary. Tap the button to go forward (same label as on the website).
- In Reservation summary check Summary, Pre-sale rights, Service fees and Total; in Do you have a code? apply a voucher.
- If requested, fill in Who's attending?, then in Payment choose the method and tap the confirmation button (Complete payment or Proceed with purchase, as indicated by the server).
- Confirmation: on Android Payment completed. and Reservation confirmed successfully. appear; on iPhone the reservation details open with the celebration animation. The tickets are in the Reservations tab.
The statuses of the reservation during the purchase

What happens next
- The tickets are in My account → View reservations and in the Reservations tab of the app, with QR, PDF and wallet pass when available.
- When the 15 minutes expire without payment, the tickets become available again for others and the reservation moves to Payment not completed; nothing is charged.
- With Payment at the entrance the reservation is immediately Confirmed, the Payment status stays Unpaid and no tickets with QR are issued: you pay on site and the organizer registers you at the entrance.
Rules and limits
- Every ticket type has a minimum and maximum quantity per reservation decided by the organizer.
- For events with a capacity of 1,000 seats or more, the limit of 10 tickets per account on the whole event applies; when you exceed it, For this event, you can buy up to 10 tickets with your account… appears.
- For events with a capacity of 5,000 seats or more, the attendees’ details are always required.
- The final price, with fees and pre-sale rights, is always shown before payment; if it changes during the checkout, Prices or fees have changed. Reload the cart and review the new total before continuing. appears.
- Once confirmed, the purchase cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the cases provided for by the General terms (event cancelled or substantially changed).
