Following a profile adds it to your Following: in the My account dashboard you find the artists and organizations you are interested in and from their pages you see the upcoming events. On private user profiles, following requires the owner’s approval.
At a glance
- Where: event page (Organized by card and Lineup section), public profiles of artists (ARTIST), organizations (ORGANIZATION) and users (UTENTE (user)); in the app in the event detail and in the profiles opened from search.
- Button states: Follow → Following; for users with a private profile Request sent.
- Sign-in required: without login the website and the app first open the sign-in page and, on return, complete the follow on their own.
Step by step
- Open the profile or the event. From search (Artists and Organizations groups), from a shared link or from an event page.
- Press Follow. Result: the button turns into Following; for users You are now following this user. appears and the profile joins your Following.
- Private user profile. The button shows Request sent (Request sent.): the owner receives New follow request with the text … requested to follow you.; when they accept you receive Follow request accepted (… accepted your follow request.) with the View profile button.
- Unfollowing. Press the button again: it goes back to Follow with You are no longer following this user.. Pressing Request sent cancels the request (Request cancelled.).

Messages and errors

Special cases
- In the app you tap Follow without being signed in: the sign-in opens and, at the end, the follow is carried out on its own.
- The button does not respond immediately: the app processes one tap at a time per artist or organization; wait for the state to change.
- A private profile declined your request: you receive no notice; the next time you open the profile the button goes back to Follow and you can try again.
- From the Followers and Following windows every row has its own Follow button: you do not need to open the profile.
