The Event statistics go beyond the totals of the dashboard: they tell you who is buying, from where, at what pace and how people reach the page. They are the basis for deciding promotions, release prices and communication.
At a glance
- Where: Event dashboard → Statistics tab, or the View interest signals link in the Event views card. The page is titled Event statistics #….
- Permissions: View event statistics (Administrator and Promoter, the latter on their own channel). Some trend charts may be missing depending on the permissions of the role. The Configure pixel button requires Manage events and Manage ticketing.
- What you get: aggregated charts on the audience and the channels, trends over time with a forecast of the reservations, search and interest metrics.
Step by step
- Open the statistics. From the dashboard choose the Statistics tab. What you see: at the top the Pixel diagnostics card, then the search block, the charts, the trends and the search tables.
- Check the pixel. The Pixel diagnostics card shows the status Valid, Invalid or Not configured, the Allowed providers row (Meta, TikTok, Google), Detected providers and Detected IDs (or no ID detected). If no code has been configured yet, the Configure pixel link appears and takes you to the tracking code section of the publication step; with a code already in place the link is not shown and you have to edit it from there.
- Read the search data. The Nightify search block carries the scope note All available history · normal results only · one search session per event. Actions are deduplicated by viewer and target. and the cards Search impressions, Result clicks, Search CTR, Average position; where available also Tracked visibility hits, Engaged views, Strong dwell, Total visible time, Average visible time, Longest visible time and the interest signals Event shares, Follows from event, Unfollows from event, Current follows. Every card has an icon with the explanation of the calculation.
- Read the audience and the channels. Age groups and Gender describe who has booked, based on the profiles of the buyers (aggregated data, never individual); Entries — total compares Entries and Access passes not scanned; Sales channels splits the reservations between direct sales, promoters and tracking channels; Types of access shows which access titles sell the most.
- Read the trends. There are three separate charts: Reservations trend, Views trend and Entries trend. The first two have the View selector with Hourly, Every 6 hours and Daily; the third is always hourly. Only Reservations trend has the forecast: with Enable forecast the Forecast series appears with the Forecast total up to the date of the event, calculated on the current pace; Disable forecast hides it. While it loads you see Loading trend….
- Read the queries. The Queries bringing visibility table has the columns Query, Search impressions, Result clicks, Search CTR, Average position, Last seen; searches without words appear as Search without text. The Search channels table distinguishes Desktop web, Mobile web, iOS app, Android app and Unknown with impressions, clicks, CTR and Searches.
Fields and options
| Block | What it means | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| Search impressions | How many times the event appeared in the search results. | It measures reach; it is different from the views of the page. |
| Result clicks and Search CTR | Clicks generated by the results and their percentage of the impressions. | A low CTR means the event is shown but is not convincing enough to be opened. |
| Average position | Average position in the list of results. | Lower values mean higher up; it changes with query, filters, city, date and promotions. |
| Current follows | User-profile pairs whose last state tracked from the event is a follow. | It is not a subtraction between follows and unfollows and it cannot be negative. |
| View | Time granularity of the reservations and views trends. | Hourly, Every 6 hours, Daily. |
| Forecast | Projection of the reservations up to the date of the event. | Only in the Reservations trend; it is an estimate on the current pace, not a guarantee. |
What happens next
- The data is read-only and is refreshed every time the page loads; the search tables cover the whole available period.
- To show the statistics to a partner without giving them access to the console, use Share report from the dashboard; the shared report does not include the trend charts.
Messages and errors
| Message | Why it appears | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No data in the selected period. | The trend has no values for the chosen view. | Change View or wait for new reservations. |
| Data is unavailable for this access. | Your role does not have the permission for that trend chart. | Ask an Administrator if you need it. |
| Unable to load the trend right now. Please try again shortly. | Temporary error while loading. | Reload the page. |
| There is no search data for this event yet. | No appearance in the search results has been recorded. | Normal for events that have just been published, or private ones. |
| Not configured in the Pixel diagnostics card | No tracking code has been saved. | Press Configure pixel if you want to measure your campaigns with Meta, TikTok or Google. |
| Invalid in the Pixel diagnostics card | The code you entered is not a recognised official snippet. | Read the reason shown under the status and correct the code from the publication step. |
Special cases
- The forecast does not reach the capacity: consider a promotion with Promote event or a release at a different price.
- A promoter channel is selling a lot: increase its quota on the access titles with limited visibility.
- The queries show artist names: check that they are in the lineup and in the tags of the event, so that you appear higher up.
- Promoter: the charts concern your own channel.
Rules and limits
- The data on age and gender comes from the profiles of the buyers who filled them in; it is always aggregated.
- The Configure pixel link appears only when no code has been saved yet, with the necessary permissions and with the event not under review.
