Tags describe the event with keywords (genre, music style, venue, audience) and appear on the event page as labels; the Artist lineup links the artists or speakers taking part, with their public profile, the button to follow them and, when available, the audio preview. Both are managed in the Publish step and save themselves.

- How you add them: by typing in the fields with the Add tag and Add artist placeholders (they are not buttons) and choosing a suggestion, or by creating the entry with Create new tag "…" / Create new artist "…".

Step by step for tags
- Type in the Add tag field. Section description: Help people discover your event by adding tags related to the theme, topic, atmosphere, venue and other features.; field hint: Add keywords like genre, vibe, location, or audience to help people find the event. What you see: under the field the existing tags matching what you type appear.
- Choose an existing tag from the suggestions: it becomes a chip above the field. Using tags that already exist keeps the labels consistent across events.
- Or create it. If there is no match, No tags found appears with the Create new tag "…" entry carrying the text you typed: select it, or press the comma or the semicolon to create the tag from the text you wrote. Result: the tag is created and added as a chip.
- Remove a tag with the x on the chip (Remove). Every addition or removal starts the automatic save (Saved).
Step by step for the lineup
- Type in the Add artist field. Field hint: List the artists or speakers appearing at the event. Order them by importance in the lineup. What you see: the artists already on Nightify matching the text, or No artists found.
- Choose an existing artist to add them as a chip.
- Or create one with Create new artist "…" (or with the comma / semicolon). Result: an artist profile is created from the name you typed, used as the nickname; if an artist with that nickname already exists, the existing one is linked without creating a duplicate.
- Order the lineup. With at least one artist the Drag to reorder note appears: grab the chip by the name and move it; the first one is the most important and the order is saved automatically.
- Remove an artist with the x on the chip.

What the fan sees
- On the event page the Tags section shows the tags as labels that cannot be clicked. Tags serve to describe the event: they are not used as a filter in the event search.
- The Lineup section lists the artists in the order you set, with the name linking to the public profile (when the artist has a nickname), the Follow button and, for artists with a linked catalogue, the Play preview button. The number of followers is not shown.
Messages and errors

Special cases
- An artist seems to appear twice. If the profiles have different nicknames they are distinct artists: choose the one with the right profile and report the duplicate to support. Creating an artist with a nickname that already exists does not generate a second profile.
- Event already live. Tags and lineup are edited with the ordinary flow: automatic save, then Publish changes and approval.
- Practical information. Times, prices and rules do not belong in the tags: use the summary and the frequently asked questions of the Event page step.
Rules and limits
- Artist name at most 255 characters; an artist created on the fly has a basic profile identified by the nickname.
- The order of the lineup is the one shown on the event page; the first artist is the main one.
- Tags and lineup do not change the visibility or the category of the event.
