When you press Publish event or Publish changes, the access titles are verified together with the rest of the event. If something does not add up the submission stops and the issues appear one by one; here you find the messages concerning the titles, with the cause and what to fix.
At a glance
- Where they appear: in the Publish step, above the sections. Every issue is a separate card repeating the There are issues with your event heading, followed by the message and a button.
- The button: for the issues of one title it is Edit access type and it opens that title directly; for the general ticketing issues it is Manage rates, Create access type, Select seat map, Update capacity, Update ticketing, Choose event type, Add BA code or Edit BA code; the generic button is Fix.
- The format: the messages about titles start with Access type "name": followed by the text of the error.
- When: the checks on the titles run only if the tickets step can be reached and the event does not use external ticketing.
Step by step
- Read the cards. Start from the first one: every card carries the name of the rate concerned inside the message.
- Press the button of the card. Result: the right page opens, with the field to fix highlighted.
- Fix and save the title with Edit access type, or the step with Save and continue.
- Go back to the Publish step from the sidebar and press Publish event again. Confirmation: when no issues are left the event goes under review and you return to the dashboard.
Messages and errors

Special cases
- The button of the card opens a title other than the one you expected. The message starts with the name of the rate: check the name before fixing anything.
- The issue concerns settings you cannot see (ticket generation, QR code, overrides of title and description: SIAE events cannot have title, description or date overrides in any language. Remove the overrides before publishing.). They are managed by the administration: contact support.
- Event with external ticketing. The checks on the titles are not run.
Rules and limits
- The checks are repeated at every submission until no issue is left; it is not possible to submit for review while cards are still present.
- The comparison between quantity and capacity is per single title; the sum of the quantities can exceed the capacity.
- The conflict window of the BA code is ±15 minutes on the start time.
