The console is the main page of each organization (nightify.me/business/organizations/nickname). From here you reach events, promotions, members, reservations, customers, messages, notifications and settings, and read the overall numbers of the activity. The console menu items are configured by Nightify and can change: here you will find the sections of the main page and the pages that exist for each organization.
At a glance
- Where: Organizations page (nightify.me/business/organizations) → tap the organization card; or My account → block Manage your events → name of the organization.
- Permissions: the home is visible to every member; some sections appear only with specific permission (listed below).
- Change organisation: on the site return to Organisations; in the Nightify Business app use Change organization in the Profile tab.
The sections, in the order you find them

Statistics Your numbers

- The Date range offers Last 7 days (default), Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months and Since beginning; by changing the choice the values are updated without reloading the page.
- If the data does not arrive, Error loading statistics. or Unable to update statistics. appears: reload the page or try again later.
The console pages
- Each organization has these pages, accessible from the menu, from the How can we help you? grid or from the links next to the greeting: live events (/eventslive) and past events (/eventspast), Event promotion (/promotions), Organization members (/permissions, with Invite users), reservations (/reservations), customers (/customers), Messages (/messages), Notifications (/notifications), Organizer Settings (/settings), and Organizer Tax Settings (/holder).
- Only the customer entries, Messages, Notifications, Event promotion and Promote event are filtered by permission in the menu; the other entries are visible to all members, but when opening a page without the necessary permission, Your user does not have access to this resource. appears.
- Console lists are paginated at 50 lines.
Messages and errors

Special cases
- You are a Promoter. You see the home page with upcoming events and your personal link, but not Your numbers nor the Event promotion card; on the booking and customer pages you will only find sales from your channel.
- Six entries only or limited viewing. The home page shows the greeting, upcoming events (without Registrations), Get started now and the function grid; Create event is present but the creation is rejected without Manage events permission.
- You don't see your personal link. Your account doesn't have a public nickname: set it in the privacy settings of your account (Nickname field), then reload the console.
Rules and limits
- The checklist and the profile call disappear on their own when the conditions are met.
- The statistics respect the chosen interval; From the beginning consider the entire history of the organization.
- The menu items and function cards are configured by Nightify: names and order may differ from those mentioned in the articles.
