Once the purchase is complete, the ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the cases provided for by the General Terms of Sale. Nightify sells on behalf of organizers: refunds are carried out by Nightify staff at the organizer’s instruction, they do not start automatically and are not requested with a form in your account.

You are entitled to a refund, under the General Terms, if

  • The event is cancelled and not rescheduled: refund of the ticket price, including the handling costs per ticket.
  • The date is changed and you cannot attend on the new date: refund of the ticket price, including handling costs, provided you notify it within the deadline you are given.
  • The event undergoes a substantial change (a change that significantly alters the event compared with what was reasonably expected): you can confirm the order or request a refund.
  • A multi-day event is partly cancelled: a partial refund may be granted for the cancelled days.
  • A transaction is cancelled by security checks: refund of the amount paid.

You are not entitled to a refund if

  • You can no longer attend, you changed your mind or you chose the wrong ticket type or quantity: consider the official resale (List for resale) or the name change, if the event allows them.
  • You are refused entry for failing to comply with the rules of the venue or the organizer.
  • The start time changes on the same day or the programme varies for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, without a substantial alteration.

What is technically not refundable

  • A ticket already used at the entrance, deactivated, actively listed for resale or sold through resale.
  • Nightify service fees, which are always excluded: the history shows Nightify fees excluded from the refund: ….

How to make a request

  1. Write to support from the Contacts page or to [email protected] stating the reservation code and the reason.
  2. Nightify checks with the organizer: some requests can take up to 28 days; do not open a dispute with your bank in the meantime.
  3. Follow the outcome in the Reservation history on the website: Refund completed with Amount: ….
