Logging out closes the session only on the device you are using. Reservations, tickets, vouchers, saved cards and conversations stay in your account and you find them again at your next sign-in.
At a glance
- Where: website: Log out entry in the account menu and at the bottom of the My account sidebar; app: Profile → Logout button (the icon has the accessibility label Sign out of account).
- Effect: you are taken back to the sign-in page; the reserved pages do not stay in the browser cache.
- Independence: signing out of the website does not disconnect the app and vice versa.
When to use it
- On a shared computer or phone, to prevent others from seeing your tickets or using your saved cards.
- To sign in with another account.
- If the app shows outdated data: logging out and signing in again reloads everything from the server.
Step by step on the website
- Open the menu. Tap the account icon at the top right or go into My account.
- Sign out. Choose Log out. Result: the sign-in page appears; if you had a destination in progress, the website remembers it for your next login.
Step by step in the app
- Open the Profile tab and scroll the menu to the bottom.
- Tap Logout. Result: the Profile tab shows Please log in; Home and Search remain usable without an account.
What happens next
- The app cancels the phone’s registration for push notifications: they no longer arrive on that device until you sign in again.
- Saved cards are not deleted: to remove them use Settings and privacy → Saved cards.
- If you had an open cart, it remains valid for the remaining time but can only be reached after a new sign-in.
Messages and errors
Logging out shows no messages: if the button does not respond, close and reopen the page or the app and try again. On the website Log out is a button that sends a protected request, not a simple link: if it does not respond, reload the page and try again.
Special cases
- You want to disconnect all devices. Sign out of each device with Log out or Logout; if you suspect unauthorized access also reset your password and write to support.
- You want to delete your account. Logging out does not do that: see the article on the deletion request.
