There are no hidden costs on Nightify: every item is shown in the Reservation summary while you choose your tickets and in the Payment summary before you confirm. The TOTAL is exactly what you pay.
The items in the summary

Fees added or absorbed
- Added to the total: the Service fees line appears in the summary and you pay it.
- Absorbed by the organizer: the line does not appear (or is zero) because the fee is deducted from the ticket price; in this case there is no fee receipt for your order.
Promotional codes
- A code or voucher applied from Do you have a code? reduces the total; the active code is shown in the codes window with the Code applied line, not with a discount line in the summary.
Where you find the items after the purchase
- In the Reservation detail, Reservation summary section: access titles, Service fees, Pre-sale rights, Total, Payment status and Payment method.
- In the confirmation e-mail, with Subtotale (subtotal), Commissioni di servizio (service fees) and Diritti di prevendita (pre-sale rights).
- In the Service fee receipt, which documents the service fees only, with VAT.
- On the ticket PDF, where the pre-sale rights appear as DDP.
Rules and limits
- If prices or fees change during checkout, Prices or fees have changed. Reload the cart and review the new total before continuing. appears.
- In the event of a refund, Nightify service fees are always excluded: the history shows Nightify fees excluded from the refund: ….
- Quantity limits per reservation and per account are not shown in advance: they appear as a message if you exceed them.
