Changed your mind or found a friend to give the ticket to? A Listed ticket comes back to you with one tap, provided nobody has already bought it.
At a glance
- Where: website: Manage tickets; app: Ticket resale.
- When: only with the Listed badge. With Sold the sale is over and cannot be cancelled.
- Effect: the QR becomes valid again at the entrance and the badge goes back to Resale available (app: Eligible).
Step by step on the website
- Open the Reservation detail and the Manage tickets section.
- On the Listed ticket press Cancel resale and confirm Do you want to cancel the resale for this ticket?.
- Confirmation: Ticket resale cancelled.; the badge goes back to Resale available and the history records Ticket resale cancelled.
Step by step in the app
- In Ticket resale tap Cancel resale on the On sale ticket.
- Confirm in the Cancel resale? alert with Cancel resale. Confirmation: Ticket resale cancelled; the status goes back to Eligible.
Messages and errors

Special cases
- After the cancellation you can list the ticket for resale again later or request the name change, if the event allows it.
- In the app wait for the button to finish loading before tapping another one.
