The PDF is the backup copy of your tickets: it contains each access title with its QR and the event details. At the entrance it is worth as much as the QR shown by the app or the wallet, as long as the ticket is active and not listed for resale.

At a glance

  • Where: Your tickets section of the Reservation detail, on the website and in the app: Download / Tickets PDF button.
  • When: Confirmed reservation with at least one active ticket; it does not exist for orders with Payment at the entrance, which do not issue tickets.
  • Format: a single file per reservation, reservation_code.pdf, with one page per ticket.

Step by step on the website

  1. Open the Reservation detail from My accountView reservations.
  2. Download. In Your tickets (Download your tickets as PDF or save them to your device wallet when available.) press Download / Tickets PDF. Result: the browser downloads the file (it does not open it in the page).
  3. Keep the file on your phone or forward it to whoever has to get in.

Step by step in the app

  1. Open the reservation from the Reservations tab and go to Your tickets.
  2. Tap Download / Tickets PDF. On iPhone the system share sheet opens (save to Files or send); on Android choose the app to open it with in the Download tickets PDF chooser.

What each page of the PDF contains

  • The ORDER DETAILS block with Ticket number, Order number, Event ID, Order date, Payment, Acquirente (buyer) and Email.
  • Access title, Attendee, Luogo (venue), Sector, Row and Seat (if numbered), Price, DDP (pre-sale rights) and Total; the N of M counter and the wording DIGITAL TICKET.
  • The QR with the note Show this ticket at the entrance. Valid for one access only. and, for events with fiscal ticketing, the SF (fiscal seal), Issued, TT, Prog, System code, System holder, Organizer and QR ID data.
  • The HOW TO USE box (including keeping the screen at maximum brightness and presenting only your own ticket) and the WARNING box.

Special cases

  • After a name change or a regeneration the documents are recreated on their own: download the PDF again, the old one is no longer valid.
  • A ticket is missing from the PDF: it has been cancelled, refunded or disabled; check the history.
  • Ticket listed for resale: as long as it is on sale its QR is rejected at the entrance, even from the PDF.
  • The QR is personal: do not publish the PDF; whoever scans it first gets in.
